My Ideal Career

My ideal career would involve being at a desk, on a computer in my own office.  I would make at least $60,000 a year.

Fast Growing Careers

I believe that the most important consideration when choosing a career is how fast it is growing and if it will be hard to find a job in that career field.  If you waste your money on getting a degree in a field that is super hard to find a job in, then you might have to resort to getting a job that you didn’t want in order to pay for bills and the necessities of life.  You need money to live in this world.  Money is what makes the world go round.  If the career field that you choose is fast growing, then when you get the appropriate education, you can jump into that field a lot easier because there will be more jobs available.  If there aren’t any jobs, then you are kind of in a bad situation.  Another thing you might have to worry about is finding a job in the location that you want.  If the career that you chose is fast growing, then there is a better chance of a job near where you want to work than if the career is not very fast growing.  You might have to move to a location where there are jobs.
I agree with the statement on the document.  Fast growing jobs are the jobs you should be looking for.  Jobs are good. Money is good too. Get a job and make some money.
